The time your alarm goes off is a good way to wake yourself up. Some people, however, go so overboard that the alarm goes off before they get out of bed.
To me, it’s really the case of the alarm going off too early. I’ve been told that I’m a morning person, and I don’t need to get out of bed until 9:30. I’m never that early, and I like to sleep in. But I’ve also been told that I’m a night owl, and I don’t need to go to bed until about 10:30, and I like to be asleep by 9:30.
That sounds like a very personal assessment, but the fact is there are a lot of people who are morning people and night owls. It might be a matter of how fast they get out of bed. And there are definitely those who wake up at 10. But if you’ve been told that you are a morning person and your alarm goes off at 930, you might be a night owl.
So, if youve been told that you wake up on the dot of seven, you might be a morning person and you might be a night owl. Or you might be a night person and you might be a morning person. The important thing is it doesn’t matter. The important thing is that you are not sleeping in on the dot of seven.
For the most part, people just have no idea how much sleep they need. It’s not as if you have to look at the clock or wake up a certain time. You just have to get up. And you’re not going to like it that your alarm goes off at 10:00 and you are still thinking about your work, your girlfriend, your kids, and the dog.
I can’t say that I’m not guilty of this, but it’s kind of hard to sleep with the alarm set for ’10 25.’ I mean, I suppose you could if you were a morning person, but then you would have to wake up at a different time, and then you are still thinking about your work, your girlfriend, your kids, and the dog.
The problem with waking up at a time like that is that your body is still not adjusted to the new time. In the morning, the brain is just waiting for the alarm to go off, so it doesn’t expect you to actually get up.
With 10 25, the alarm goes off at the same time every morning. The problem is that now you have to remember to set it for 10 25. You dont want to be the guy who wakes up to an alarm that goes off at 10:45, you want to be the guy who wakes up to an alarm that goes off at 9:15.
There’s a few ways you can handle this, but the easiest is to just set it to 10:25. If you do this then you can have the dog out of your bed, walk the dog, and then set it to 10:25. You can also set it for the wrong time, to be the wrong alarm for the wrong day, or to be the wrong time, alarm for the wrong day, and alarm for the wrong time.
It’s important to remember that setting alarms for things that are not related to your actual waking up is a bad idea because you’ll end up waking up to an alarm that goes off at all hours of the day. If you want to set your alarm at a certain time or you want to set it to the wrong alarm in the wrong time, you’re going to regret it.
