it is such a good idea to be self-aware. it’s why I got into this and why I’m happy to share my story.

In a way, self-awareness is important because it means that we’re aware of our habits and routines, so that we can develop new ones which will help us get out of the rut we’re in. But in a way, like being self-aware, it means we’re aware of our habits – and that is a good thing. Most of us spend so much time in the rut we’re in that we forget to develop new habits.

The problem is when we spend so much time in the rut, and then we find it hard to change, which is like finding your self-awareness in a game of Candy Land. When you’re not even aware of your own habits, you’re stuck in the rut and can’t change your routine.

The big difference between me and you: I have no trouble changing my habits. It takes discipline and energy (and maybe a little bit of fear). I have no trouble changing my routine because I know my routine. And although I have no trouble changing my routine, I have no trouble changing my habits.

I think this is the problem. If you change your routine, you can’t expect to change your habits. So it is kind of impossible to change. I don’t know if this is a problem, or just me, but I feel like I could never be any more self-aware than I already am.

So this is the problem. If you change your routine I can’t change my habits.

I have a hard time changing my habits (because I feel too much like I have to constantly check and make sure I’m doing the right thing). But it is possible to change my routine because I have to constantly check and make sure I’m doing the right thing, so it is possible to change my habits.

Well it’s also possible to change your routine because you have a hard time changing your habits because you feel too much like you have to constantly check and make sure you’re doing the right thing. So it’s possible to change your habits because you’re a robot and your habits are programmed.

The idea is to think about what you are doing when you’re a robot, and to think about how your routine is programmed. And to be clear, if you are a robot, you are programmed to do something that’s going to hurt you and your family. The idea sounds great. But if you are a robot, it is not even that a robot can hurt you.
