Remove Me Please, by Paul Graham, is a book about what you should never do in life. I found this book to be inspiring, and I thought I would share it with all of my readers. This book is about letting go of what isn’t working for you and instead focusing on what you are doing right.
That’s good advice. And I agree. The more you let go and focus on what you are doing, the more you will feel confident and free of the stress of life, and feel more in control.
In the book, Graham states that “There are no shortcuts to happiness and success”. But there are always other roads, and Graham’s advice is to take them all. When you take these tips and put them into action, you will start to feel less stressed and more in control, and it will take you to new heights of happiness and success.
In the last couple of years, I have taken many of these tips and they have helped me so much. For example, for the first few weeks of learning, I was so anxious to go to yoga class that I forgot to take my inhaler. The first few times I went the inhaler made me sick, but when I stopped using it, I felt much better.
The same goes for the tips on overcoming ADHD, getting a divorce and more. For years I would do things to feel like I was above it all, but eventually things just became too much and I wanted to be a “normal” person and a “normal” wife and everything. It took me a long time to admit that I needed help. I read through the book that is the most important piece of advice I’ve ever read and realized that I needed help.
It’s nice to get help when you aren’t really in need of it. In my case I needed help with a different addiction to the things I used to do. I was addicted to the same things I used to do, and I used to have to use them all. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get any help in the way of new techniques for dealing with the situation. I started falling apart, then I ended up with a similar addiction to the same things I did.
I have a friend who has been dealing with this addiction for nearly a decade. However, he has been able to get help by getting a little more creative with his methods. When he started trying to stop doing the same things in the same way, he was able to lose a lot more weight and get back on track with his life. However, he has never managed to get help for the addiction in the way he needs it. I hope I can.
In the near future we may see someone like you dealing with the same addiction. However, I do believe there are a variety of ways to get help with these things that are more effective. One is to use a little bit of self-awareness and know that what you’re doing is not right. Another is to have a lot of free time and focus on taking care of yourself. Another is to work on your own issues instead of letting your addiction control you.
For an addict like myself, it’s the little things that really matter. Most of my friends are addicts and they know this. If I can change the way I think about myself, I’ll be the better for it. But I’m not going to go to AA or anything like that, because I’m not there for the right reasons. I’m here to get sober and take care of myself.
